So what is up with me !

As some of you know I have been on and off of IV antibiotics,again. Just to keep my life interesting they have given me a bacteria called Cohlestridum(not sure of the spelling). This means I am living in the bathroom these days.They are trying different medications and they tell me it could take up to 30 days to clear up.Lucky Me!. Aunt Sandra and Mama are going crazy with Uncle Jimmy and I both under the weather. Hopefully we will both be better soon.

Finally Coming Home

Well the paper work is finally done and they are home. He is doing well considering.He says that his shoulder is not very painful at all.Friday starts the therapy.Now that will probably cause some pain. We will just have to wait and see.

Jimmy's dilemma Day 2

Uncle Jimmy did not get to come home today.He still could not go to the restroom.They called in Dr. Herlong a urologist.He says that he will have to wear a catheter for 7 days to give his bladder time to reshape itself.
So he can come home tomorrow.
Mama & I are manning the homefront and answering the phones.Mama is spending the night with me so that Aunt Sandra can stay at the hospital.

A Day Spent

First let me say I would not get out of bed for many people at 4:30 AM. But if it were me Uncle Jimmy would have been their with me.Uncle Jimmy and his entourage of people consisting of Me,Aunt Sandra,Mama,Karen,Mr.Lee,Mrs. Janice,Melissa and even baby Hunter all arrived at Palmetto Richland for his shoulder surgery.He was thought to have a tear in his rotator cuff.But thankfully it was not a bad tear so Dr.Guy put a wedge in between the two bones of his shoulder.This should take care of the pain.The surgery went well.He has to have 6 weeks of therapy but he should be as good as new in a couple of months.We were all home by 1:00.But things went down hill the later it got. His bladder got stretched during surgery which made him not be able to do to the restroom. So around 8:30 he and Aunt Sandra went back to the Emergency Room.They had to admit him so that they could drain his bladder.If all goes well he can come home tomorrow.
